1. 取得する情報

Tomoshibi（以下「本アプリ」）は、寮生活の点呼・申請・履歴管理機能を提供するために、以下の個人情報を取得します。

電話番号（任意）	緊急連絡先としての表示

出席履歴 / 減点履歴 / 申請履歴	アプリ内の履歴表示・寮運営上の判定
NFC カード ID	寮でのカード点呼の運用開始後、出席記録との紐付け

2. 利用目的

取得した情報は以下の目的でのみ使用します：

• 寮の点呼・出席記録
• 外泊・帰省・外出などの申請と、担任・寮務・国際交流・校長などの先生による多段階承認
• 減点などの寮運営に関する記録・判定
• 履歴情報の表示（個人情報・点呼・減点・申請）
• 申請の提出・審査結果に関するメール通知
• アカウント管理（パスワードを忘れた場合は、先生がアプリ上で再設定します。メールによる再発行は行いません）

3. 第三者提供・外部サービス

本アプリは利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。広告 SDK・分析 SDK の類は搭載しておりません。

ただし、メール通知の送信にのみ外部のメール配信サービス（Resend）を利用しており、送信処理に必要な範囲（宛先メールアドレス・件名・本文）が同サービスを経由します。それ以外の目的で外部サービスにデータを渡すことはありません。

4. データの保管

• データは開発者が管理するサーバ（米国・ロサンゼルス所在）に保存されます。日本国外での保管となることをあらかじめ明示します
• データベースは PostgreSQL、サーバへのアクセスは開発者のみに制限されています
• 通信はすべて HTTPS（Let’s Encrypt 証明書）で暗号化されます

5. データの保管期間

• 在籍中は保管します。卒業・退寮・アカウント削除後は、1 年を目安に順次削除します
• 寮運営の監査で必要な点呼ログは、匿名化した上で最長 5 年間保管する場合があります

6. ユーザーの権利（日本個人情報保護法対応）

利用者は以下の権利を有します：

• 閲覧：マイページから自身の登録情報・履歴を閲覧できます
• 修正：メールアドレス・電話番号・プロフィール画像などはマイページから修正できます。氏名・学籍番号など寮の名簿に関わる項目は、先生への依頼により修正します
• 削除：マイページ → 設定 → 「アカウントを削除」から本人が削除できます
• 問い合わせ：第 11 条の連絡先へ、開示・訂正・削除をいつでも依頼できます

7. アカウント削除

App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) に準拠し、アプリ内からアカウント削除が可能です。 削除後は当該アカウントが利用停止状態となり、パスワード情報は直ちに消去され、ログイン・API 呼び出しはすべて拒否されます。点呼・申請などの寮運営に関する記録は、学校の生徒管理義務に基づき保管された後、第 5 条の保管期間に従い順次削除されます。

8. クッキー / トラッキング

本アプリは：

• クッキーを使用しません
• 広告識別子（IDFA）を使用しません
• App Tracking Transparency（ATT）対象の追跡を一切行いません
• 第三者の分析ツールを使用しません

9. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは高校の寮に所属する 13 歳以上の生徒が利用することを想定しています。13 歳未満の方の利用は想定しておりません。

10. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは変更される場合があります。重要な変更があった場合はアプリ内のお知らせで告知します。

1. Information We Collect

Tomoshibi collects the following personal information to provide dormitory roll-call, application, and history management features:

2. How We Use Information

Collected data is used only for:

• Dormitory roll-call and attendance recording
• Applications (overnight stay / home leave / outings) and multi-stage approval by teachers (homeroom, dormitory office, international office, principal, etc.)
• Dormitory operational records such as demerit points
• History display (personal info / roll-call / discipline / applications)
• Email notifications about application submission and decisions
• Account management (forgotten passwords are reset by teachers in the app; no email-based password recovery is provided)

3. Third-Party Sharing / External Services

We do NOT share your personal information with any third parties. We do NOT include any advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.

The only external service used is an email delivery provider (Resend), solely for sending email notifications; only the data required for delivery (recipient address, subject, body) passes through it. No data is passed to external services for any other purpose.

4. Data Storage

• Data is stored on a developer-managed server located in Los Angeles, USA (i.e., outside Japan, disclosed here in advance)
• Database: PostgreSQL; server access is restricted to the developer
• All communication is encrypted via HTTPS (Let’s Encrypt certificates)

5. Data Retention

• Retained during enrollment; deleted progressively, targeting within 1 year after graduation / dorm exit / account deletion
• Anonymized roll-call logs may be retained for up to 5 years for dormitory audit purposes

6. Your Rights (Japan APPI Compliant)

You have the following rights:

• Access: View your registered data and history from MyPage
• Correction: Edit email / phone / profile image from MyPage; roster-related items such as name and student ID are corrected via a request to teachers
• Deletion: Delete your account from MyPage → Settings → “Delete Account”
• Inquiry: Request disclosure, correction, or deletion at any time via the contact in Section 11

7. Account Deletion

In compliance with App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v), account deletion is available within the app itself. Upon deletion, the account is deactivated and its password data is erased immediately, rejecting all subsequent logins and API calls. Dormitory operational records such as roll-call and request history are retained under the school’s student-management obligations and then deleted according to the retention periods in Section 5.

8. Cookies / Tracking

This app:

• Does NOT use cookies
• Does NOT use advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• Does NOT perform any App Tracking Transparency (ATT) covered tracking
• Does NOT use third-party analytics

9. Children’s Privacy

This app is intended for dormitory students of a high school, aged 13 or older. Use by children under 13 is not anticipated.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notifications.
